What if I have a problem with my order?

Although we do not accept returns or exhanges, we absolutely want to know if there is an issue so we can try and resolve for you. We care about our community and will attempt to make it right. For any issues fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page (in the footer of the website).

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, at this point we do. If you see an item that you like but want it in another color, please reach out and we’ll see if we can accomodate you. You can do this by filling out the inquiry form on the Contact page (in the footer of the website).

*Keep in mind that custom orders do take a little longer than normal as we have to make sure we have the appropriate materials and time for such orders.

What is polymer clay made from?

Polymer clay is a synthetic material that is not technically clay. It’s made from a plastic polymer base called polyvinyl chloride or PVC. In a hardened state, polymer clay is non-toxic.

How do I take care of my new product?

You can take care of most of our products as you would any other. They are durable and strong; however, like most products not 100% unbreakable. They can be cleaned with a little soap and water, or worn in the shower with no worries.

When do you come out with new products?

We add new products as often as possible and as our schedule allows. Most of our new product releases are posted to our Instagram page, so make sure to follow here to see the latest.
